We found a very interesting piece while trolling the Internet looking for insights into how Allegheny Power decided to run a new power line through our communities … that don’t benefit us.
Something called “The State Journal” ran a long story back in August about TrAIL under the headline “Power Line May be on Fast Track.”
The gist of the piece is that Allegheny strategy is to have the federal government step in “if state authorities do not process transmission applications within one year.”
