Power Line to Track Existing N.Va. Route (Washington Post)
The Post reports today that Dominion Power, the Virginia ally of Allegheny Power in constructing the new TrAIL power line, has apparently decided to route its portion of the unnecessary line along existing routes.

Even if that report is true, that is no solution for Virginia or the Capon Valley. Moving the 20-story power lines from one neighbor’s property to another’s is not the answer.
