I am outraged that our governor, who is to support the poeple of Wv, has once again sided with big business and dirty coal. Has he not listened to our concerns? Do we the poeple no longer matter?

Jobs. Tourism, in Tucker County, brings in millions of dollars. We are a poor county and depend on this money. From business owners in the county, they have stated that it is not the few jobs that proposals like AP TrAIL and their transmission line provide that keeps our businesses alive for 20 - 25 years. It is tourism and who will want to visit this pristine land after they have marred our land?

Coal: Sounds like our governor has once again been bought by the coal industry.
Coal is dirty and outdated. WV sells this cheap dirty coal and lets the electric power plants disburse it into our air which is ranked 14.9 in the National Ambiant Standards (15 being the highest and poorest). When will our governor stand up to big coal business and work for the WV people and our global community?

I am supportive of our neighboring PA and VA governors who are fighting for its people. Governor Manchin will not receive many votes due to his stance with Allegheny Power and the coal industry. So Be It.........................
