					<description>Our WV pSC must see that this is not a wise and beneficial proposal from AP and must be denied the certificate.  It is also good to hear that WV and its government is finally going to join the other states and fight FERC.  I was wondering if our governor was going to side with the big coal companies or with its people.  Bravo.</description>
