WV PSC Hearing on Allegheny Power’s TrAIL Plan … Day 1
January 11th, 2008The West Virginia Public Service Commission is posting on its Web site transcripts of its evidentiary hearings into Allegheny Power’s plan to build the TrAIL power line through the Capon Valley.
